Do your staff work alone or in teams and how does this affect the hours of work? |

Most of the time our staff work in teams of two or more according to the size of your property and the number of hours allocated for your clean.

How do I know how many hours I need? |
|
We will come and visit you first, under no obligation, to give a free estimate of how many hours we would recommend for either a one-off or a regular clean.

Will I get the same staff each visit? |
|
As far as possible, yes.
|
Do I have the flexibility to increase the hours if necessary? |
|
Yes, if you contact the office this can be arranged.

Do you provide supervision? |
|
Yes, all one-off cleans are overseen by our manager or supervisor, we also have a spot check system in place for all regular cleans.

How much notice is required should I need to cancel? |
|
We ask for 2 working days notice for cancellation of a scheduled clean to give us time to allocate alternative work to our employees.
|
How soon can you start? |
|
Our services can normally commence within 2 - 3 weeks of your initial enquiry, however our ironing service can start immediately.
|
How do I pay? |
|
We invoice every 4 weeks and payment can be by cheque, bacs, or telephone banking. For one-off cleans we do require payment on completion.
